In 2002 Courtney Trouble founded NoFauxxx, considered to be the internet's first Queer porn site. The site features sex positive erotica of all sorts, be it lesbian, gay, straight or transgender. Courtney says she set out to break down the boundaries of mainstream porn.
In 2009 her debut film Roulette won a feminist porn award for Most Diverse Cast. In the next year she directed a swathe of queer films for Good Releasing while continuing to run her website. She is now an indepdent operator.
